All Online Orders are Processed and Shipped during Business Days ONLY (Monday through Friday) & before 5pm Eastern Time.

ALL ORDERS TAKE 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE DELIVERED.

Tracking Your Order

If you provide an email address at time of purchase, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Delays

Any incorrect billing and/or shipping information entered by a customer will cause an automatic cancelation of order. Once correct information has been updated and verified, orders will then be shipped.

Prevail X Inc. cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the customer, shipping carrier, or holidays.
